Construction consulting for the execution and installation of a new Exolum-Spain project for the generation of an automated green hydrogen plant in compliance with EU construction and HSE regulations, 300 MW at 40 tonnes/year of green H2, €30 million. (Feb. 2023)
Overseeing construction, reliability, and repair to Zuetina Oil Co. – Libya projects for an oil storage terminal and LPG plant. Responsible for planning, contractor selection, project coordination, and progress tracking. Ensures all technical documentation and certifications are in place. Manages quality control, budgeting support, and daily reporting across $300M in project assets. (Jan 2021)
To Kuwait Oil Co. we Delivered 15,000 maintenance and construction plans, and led shutdown/turnaround scheduling. Developed 7 SOPs with safety standards and 3,844 work instructions. Introduced structured maintenance planning meetings, improving execution. Conducted 53 equipment criticality assessments and BOMs per Chevron standards. Created 7-day lookahead schedules covering 150 work orders. Identified 35,000 barrels/year production loss and proposed improvements. Led mechanical projects and major turnarounds across oil, gas, power, and tank facilities. (Oct. 2015)
